Broccoli and octopus cream

Recipe Cream of broccoli and octopus by del 28-10-2016 Updated on 20-02-2018 Starting from the soup of broccoli, I made a Halloween-style dish by adding ricotta to the cream and putting it all in small glasses. To give the monstrous touch we thought an octopus placed with its tentacles in the air as if to look like a hand coming out to scare us;) I admit that this year, unlike the past years, I really enjoyed myself make these themed recipes, of course the desserts are the ones that have delighted me the most, but this cream with broccoli and octopus is not bad at all for the occasion, don't you think?

Chocolate bread

Chocolate bread recipe of 09-20-2019 Updated on 09-20-2019 Chocolate bread is a real bread, not a brioche as it does not contain milk, butter or eggs in the dough.
