The roots are cleaned, washed, cut into the desired shapes and boiled in enough water over high heat. Remove the foam that forms.
Meanwhile, prepare the other vegetables.
Peel the onions, wash them, wipe them with a paper towel, cut them and fry them in oil, over a low heat, so that they only soften and not burn and become bitter.
Garlic is cleaned, washed, thinly sliced and hardened over onions.
Wash the tomatoes, cut them into small pieces and put them to harden, over onions and garlic.
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes.
When the other vegetables are almost cooked, add the boiled potatoes in the pot and then the hardened vegetables (tomatoes, onions and garlic).
Rinse the smoked pork breast a little, slice it thinly and add it to the soup pot, at the last two or three boils.
Choose the parsley leaves, wash them, cut them finely and put them in the soup pot, then turn off the heat from the stove and put the lid on.
The soup can be served with hot peppers in vinegar, after being left to "rest" for a quarter of an hour.

For pasta lovers, spirals were basically the best thing about sliced bread fettuccine. Now, it is even easier to change the noodles with a vegetable copy, thanks to the pre-cut noodles of pumpkin sold at almost any grocery store. We have to admit, though, zoodles can get onelittleboring after a while.
That's where sweet potato noodles come in. It's the same concept, but they are a little thicker and (in our opinion) more fragrant than zoodles. In addition, they look like french fries when they are spiraled, which takes us back to our post-football training days when we hit the road. Long live the vegetable noodle.
1. Noodle mattress with sweet potatoes
There is a strong chance that this will be your most colorful meal all week. Orange sweet potato noodles, bright green broccoli and red pepper & hellip has half a rainbow in one dish. You don't need much else to finish the meal - just add onion, garlic, soy sauce and salt and pepper.
2. Chicken sausages and kale steak
This meal will fill you up without the food coma that comes with most large pasta dishes. It has noodles, white beans, chicken sausages (as light as meatballs!) And fresh cabbage. Best of all, it's very quick to accomplish, coming together in about 20 minutes (depending on your spiraling skills).
3. Maple ham egg muffins
You've certainly never used sweet potato noodles like this before. Putting them in a muffin tin is really great and provides an excellent gluten-free muffin base. Especially with a sweet-smoked combo, such as smoked bacon with hickory, almond butter, eggs and maple syrup.
4. Chipotle sweet potato noodle salad
This sweet potato noodle salad has a great flavor. Think sweet corn, fresh greens, crispy nuggets and fragrant coriander. Throw in a clean sauce made with fresh lemon and orange juice, chilli peppers, garlic and honey, which TBH sounds like the sauce of our dreams.
5. Coconut soup
Who says soups have to be boring? It mixes the tasty aroma of a Thai tom kha soup with the sensation of chicken noodles. Beat it on a cold day or when you have a cold and you need to clean your sinuses with some fresh ginger.
6. Sweet potato noodles with sesame tofu
Anything that can cause us to forget our departure order is a major gain. This noodle dish looks like a Thai and has a similar nutty taste due to cashew butter, soy sauce and ginger sauce. Top it with some sesame seeds and nuts for full effect.
7. Chorizo Piper noodles with sweet potatoes
Do you want to forget that you don't eat real pasta? Wrap the pan with red pepper, chorizo, spinach, onion and thyme. There are so many flavors, the sweet potato noodles fade into the background, but you will still feel that you are enjoying a great Italian meal.
8. Sweet potato salad with mustard
This would make an excellent garnish for almost any protein. First things first: include ham. Second, use a homemade mustard sauce to season Brussels sprouts, zucchini, sweet potato noodles and blueberries. It is a completely new kind of salty and sweet.
9. Bake sweet potato pasta
Think of it as a much simpler and much healthier lasagna (yes, it is possible). When you need something big but low-maintenance, fill a casserole with sweet potato noodles, ricotta, red sauce, turkey sausages and spinach. Top with a little mozzarella and parmesan and bake.
30-Minute Pirate: Trader Joe's Butternut Pumpkin Soup with Ginger, Stove and Fried Pork Cakes
We don't cook straight from scratch every night. In fact, there are many good products in the grocery store that can serve as a basis for a light, quick and healthy meal. Take Trader Joe's soups, for example. Here we start with one of them, sweeten it with some miso pasta, add some stove noodles, then complete everything with just a handful of protein: fried and crispy pork sausages, with ginger, hot peppers and garlic. And the whole thing only takes 30 minutes. (Or less.)
This is a light meal with a single dish of noodles being cooked while the soup is boiling and frying the pork. Layer it in a large bowl and you have sweet soup and pumpkin gum (TJ's butternut soup has a note of ginger) with delicious noodles and crispy and spicy pork. The contrast between sweet and spicy is very important here - make sure you add at least one hot pepper pipe to the pork.
Trader Joe's Butternut Pumpkin Soup with Ginger, Stove and Pork Fries
Serve two with leftover lunch
1 box Merchant Joe's Pumpkin Butternut Soup
2 tablespoons miso paste
8 ounces of stove noodles
Large neck ginger, peeled
4 cloves of garlic
1 pack Italian merchant Joe's salami
Red pepper flakes to taste
Cilantro, to serve
Heat the soup to a boil, then turn off the heat. Put a tablespoon of soup in a small bowl with miso paste. Beat until smooth, then stir again in the soup. Keep the soup on low heat and do not let it boil again. Taste and season, if you want, with a kind of soy sauce.
As the soup gets closer, boil the water for the stove noodles. I used to green mugwort stove, but simple stove or udon or even rice noodles would also be good. Cook the noodles for the time specified on the package. Drain, rinse and set aside.
While the soup and noodles are cooking, place a heavy skillet over medium heat. Lightly grease with vegetable oil or canola. While waiting for the pan to heat up, stir in the ginger and chop the garlic. Also, remove two sausages from the sausages. (Reserve the other three sausages for breakfast or another meal.) When the oil is hot, add the grated ginger and garlic. When they are soft and fragrant, turn the heat to high. Crush the sausages in the pan, add a shake of red pepper flakes and cook over high heat for about 10 minutes, or until the sausages are golden and crispy. Stir frequently, breaking the pork into small pieces.
To serve, place about a cup of noodles in each bowl. Pour the soup on top and finish with a tablespoon of fried pork. Add a splash of cilantro and eat immediately.

Melt the turkey fat and put the onion to harden. When the onion becomes glassy, add a cup of warm water. Simmer the onion for 5 minutes, then add the carrot and diced parsley root. Fill with water and let the vegetables boil for 15 minutes, then add the diced potatoes. When the potatoes are almost cooked, put the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes (I had them frozen) and the noodles. After the noodles have boiled, add the cabbage juice, leave for another 5 minutes, then turn off the heat. Add salt if necessary, beaten egg and chopped greens.
Fast, good and full.

Ciorba taraneasca cu carnati si cartofi
Reteta ciorba taraneasca cu carnati si cartofi afumati. Desi este o mancare clasica de iarna, sigur nu trece vara fara sa gatim de cateva ori ciorba cu carti si cartofi. Este o reteta simpla, dupa care iese o ciorba nemaipomenit de gustoasa.
- 300 g carnati
- 2-3 ardei rosii
- 2 onions
- 5 cartofi medii
- 2 carrots
- 1 link parsley
- 300-400 ml suc de rosii
- frunze de dafin
- paprica dulce/iute
Curata cartofii de coaja si spala-i bine sub jet de apa rece.
Taie cubule cartofii si pune-i intr-o oala.
Morcovii se curata si se taie in rondele, iar cea se toaca marunt, la fel ca si ardeii rosii.
Acopera legumele din oala cu apa si fierbe ciorba.
Lasa ciorba sa fiarba pana cand cartofii si zarzavaturile sunt fierte.
Cand e aproape gata, pune sucul de rosii si adauga feliile de carnati.
Tot acum pune 1-2 foi de dafin, sare, piper si paprica dulce sau iute.
Mai lasa la fiert putin, la foc mic, apoi opreste focul si adauga patrunjel proaspat tocat.
Cine doreste, poate sa acreasca ciorba de carnati si cartofi cu zeama de varza.
De asemenea, cine prefera poate adauga smantana direct in farfurie sau in oala.
