Baked potatoes stuffed with cheese

I also present the chicken garnish with tarragon sauce, a garnish that is easy to make and very good.

  • 10-12 potatoes
  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 50 g grated cheese + 50 g for grated on top
  • salt pepper
  • dill

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes

RECIPE PREPARATION Baked potatoes stuffed with cheese:

Wash the potatoes well and place them in a tray lined with baking paper. Put the potatoes in the oven, on the right heat for 1 hour.

Remove the potatoes from the oven and cut the skin lengthwise. Be careful how you handle them because they are hot.

We scoop out a part of the core with a spoon and put it in a bowl. Pass the potato core with a fork and mix it with cream cheese, grated cheese, dill, salt and pepper.

Spoon the potatoes with the cheese mixture. Grate cheese over each potato and bake for another 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is lightly browned.

We can serve as a garnish or simple.
