You can serve this raspberry sauce cold or hot. Warm with vanilla ice cream, it's a real hit, and it also tastes delicious on waffles or pancakes. You can use frozen raspberries if raspberries aren't in season.

- 50g icing sugar or sugar
- 20ml Cointreau

This was fabulous - no need to change a thing!!!!I needed something quick and easy to give a zing to to a chocolate desert that I had made which has a fruit accompaniment as well as ice cream or cream.
