Meanwhile, cut the salmon and bacon into small cubes. Grate the cheese. Mix the milk with the cooking cream, eggs, egg yolk, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Leave the mixture to cool. Spread the dough with a rolling pin and place it carefully in the small quiche trays.

Method of preparation endive salad with tuna and corn

We wash the endives, we open them leaf by leaf and we transfer them in a bowl in which we put a spoonful of salt and two spoons of vinegar. Thus the slightly bitter taste of the endive will disappear. We leave them for 25-30 minutes, we wash them and uscam.
