Let the pie sheets thaw at room temperature. Mix the cheese with the yolks, sugar and vanilla sugar. The cherries are mixed with 3-4 tablespoons of sugar.
Grease each pie sheet with butter. Place 3-4 sheets, one on top of the other. On the long side, place the cheese mixture, then the cherries mixed with the sugar and roll.
Place the rolls in a tray in which I put baking paper. Put in the hot oven for about 40 minutes.
