The celery meatballs are an original idea to consume this often mistreated vegetable or to teach your children to eat it if they don't like it. How to make celery meatballs
First of all, clean the celery, eliminating the damaged parts, the torso, and also the leaves (which you can keep and use to flavor a broth or sauté).
Then cut the stems into small pieces.
Blanch the celery in lightly salted boiling water, then drain and let it cool.
Put it in a bowl and add salt, pepper, parmesan, bread (previously soaked in water and then squeezed), then mix.

Heat a little oil in a pan and cook over medium heat, stirring often with a wooden spoon in order to brown them evenly.
If you prefer a healthier alternative, place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for about 20 minutes in a convection oven preheated to 200 ° C.
