Cheese Souffle Recipe from of 15-11-2017 [Updated on 27-08-2018]
The cheese souffle (soufflés is the right pronunciation) is a delicious appetizer typical of French cuisine. Its preparation is quite easy but it is cooking that is delicate and therefore fearful! In fact, my mother had been asking me to prepare a soufflé but I always put it off for fear of making a mistake, but today I made up my mind and here I am. First you need to get some souffle molds, before you can proceed with the rest of the preparation and then cooking. Don't worry, following photos and steps your recipe will be perfect, but keep in mind that soufflés must be prepared at the last minute and eaten immediately, without storing them.
After yesterday's American recipe, today I felt compelled to balance with a cornerstone of French cuisine.
How to make cheese soufflé
Melt the butter in a thick-bottomed saucepan.
Add the flour and then the milk, mixing until the mixture is free of lumps.
Incorporate the egg yolks with a whisk, keeping the egg whites.
Grate the Parmesan and Emmental cheese in a bowl, then add them to the saucepan as well.
Take the egg whites and whip them until stiff.
Now transfer them to the saucepan and mix them gently.
Prepare the cups by lining them with high-quality parchment paper.
Transfer them to a dripping pan and put the cheese mixture inside them.
Cook at 160 ° C for 30 minutes.
Your cheese soufflés are ready to be served.
