Chocolate Ganache Recipe by of 28-12-2012 [Updated on 11-06-2014]
Chocolate ganache is one of the most used creams to cover cakes, fill cakes or cover cupcakes. There are several ways to make it and various recipes, I used the simplest one that does not involve the use of butter. The chocolate ganache is very simple to make and will allow you to perform complex decorations or simple tufts simply using a pastry bag and a little imagination;)
How to Make Chocolate Ganache
Heat the cream in a saucepan and as soon as it reaches the boiling point add the two types of chocolate that you have finely chopped
Turn off the heat and stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until the chocolate has melted completely.
Now put the ganache obtained in a bowl and let it cool by placing it in a container with water and ice, then refrigerate for about ten minutes.
When it is completely cold, whip with the mixer at maximum power until a swollen and firm cream is formed
Used to fill sweets, to decorate cupcakes or cakes
