L'chickpea shrimp and melon salad it is an alternative idea to bring taste and color to the table. Not only is this definitely a sea and mountain style combination, but also quite original ... yet I can assure you that the result is really delicious, if that's your thing;) That the melon looked good with a little savory taste we already knew (just think of the classic ham and melon), that fish and legumes were also a tasty combination ... you just have to broaden your horizons and dare a little more and try this recipe too!

Method

How to make chickpea shrimp and melon salad

First of all, cook the shrimp in a non-stick pan with a drizzle of oil and a little salt (tip: if you want, you can blend them with a little cognac) for a few minutes, then let them cool.

In the meantime, take your melon slices, peel them and cut them into cubes.

Combine in a salad bowl: chickpeas (well drained), shrimp, melon and cherry tomatoes, washed and cut into 4, and mix.

Also add the rocket and season with salt and oil: the chickpea shrimp and melon salad is ready.
