Yesterday afternoon, while I was reading among the various comments requests for low-calorie recipes, my sister was complaining because she wanted something good to eat but that was light because she is on a diet .... it was a shock I thought I'd reproduce it while trying to keep the same calories ... 110 to be exact. Well, I managed to make an excellent dessert in 130 kcal and the result was more than excellent, my sister and I ate it all and today we reply I know: D

How to make the simil Frusì
Prepare a cream by mixing the yogurt with 2 tablespoons of unsweetened spray cream.
Chop the cereals by arranging them on the base of a cup.
Pour over the yogurt cream and level as much as possible.
Prepare a blackberry sauce by melting 2 teaspoons of fructose with a handful of blackberries on the stove. Let it cool and sprinkle it on the yogurt layer.
Put the yogurt dessert in the freezer for about 40 minutes.
