They call quick quick bread and it is a bread with a high hydration dough that is prepared only by mixing the ingredients in a bowl, it is left to rise for an hour and a half and bakes in half an hour, in short, if you want to prepare homemade bread with not too much notice, the recipe for this quick bread is the one for you, I found it excellent;)

How to make quick bread
Dissolve the yeast together with the honey in 50 ml of water taken from the total.

Dust the surface with plenty of flour and let it rise covered for an hour and a half.
With the help of a spatula, transfer the dough onto the baking tray lined with parchment paper and well floured, making sure that the floured side is facing up
Divide into three parts
and move them delicately spaced apart to form 3 loaves of bread
Bake the bread in a hot oven at 230 ° and bake for about 30 minutes
Let it cool down, then bring the bread to the table
