Today I propose the recipe for the salty plumcake with broccoli, salami and mozzarella, a cottage that I improvised a while ago on the occasion of one of my culinary Thursdays. Method
How to make salami and broccoli plumcake
Clean the broccoli, cut them into florets and steam them for 10 minutes
In a bowl, whip the eggs with the salt and pepper, then add the milk and oil slowly while continuing to whip
Now add the grated Parmesan, the flour and the baking powder
Knead until a homogeneous dough is formed
Cut the mozzarella and salami into cubes
Add salami, mozzarella and broccoli to the mixture
Stir with a wooden spoon
Pour everything into a greased and floured plumcake mold and bake at 190 °. Cook for 30/35 minutes
Remove the salty plumcake from the oven then let it cool
Bring the rustic to the table, cut into slices and serve
