Nutella Semifreddo Recipe of 29-07-2019
The nutella parfait it is a surprisingly easy and quick dessert to make, but also very good and above all very greedy. You can prepare it with the classic spreadable cream in a jar, or even with the homemade one for a more genuine version. If you want to surprise your guests with a fresh dessert, perfect for a summer evening, this is the recipe for you! Basically you just need whipping cream and Nutella for the Nutella semifreddo, so no eggs or cooking. The waiting times are also not very long, so you just have to prepare this cold dessert and delight your guests!
How to make Nutella parfait
First, whip the cream, cold from the fridge.
Add 2/3 of Nutella and mix gently with a spatula, from bottom to top, so as not to disassemble the cream.
Cover the mold with cling film, then pour half of the cream mixture into it and level well.
Create a layer of cookies, add the remaining Nutella, then the second layer of cream and finish with a second layer of cookies.
Let it rest in the freezer for at least 2 hours.
Spend at least 2 hours, take back the semifreddo, turn it upside down on a serving dish, remove the film and proceed with the decoration.
The Nutella parfait is ready, keep it in the freezer, putting it in the fridge for half an hour before serving.
