Soy burgers are good, healthy and a great plant-based alternative to classic meat burgers. At my house we appreciate all 3 of them but given the high cost and fixes it for homemade, I often prepare them myself starting directly from soy flakes.I enriched my soy burgers with a julienned carrot, spices and potato flakes, a more than successful experiment I would say since they devoured them;) Well friends, I don't know if I told you but this week I'm on vacation, I took a beach holiday to get some time off plug and relax with my little lovers, it seems incredible but after only 2 days I already feel reborn. Since work and all the rest of the world will pass in the last few days in these days, I salute you and go to dive into this insanely turquoise water;) kisses

Method

How to make soy burgers

Soak the soy flakes in boiling water for about 10 minutes

Then drain and squeeze well

Put the soy flakes in a bowl

Add the chopped marjoram, chopped carrot, garlic, salt, pepper, ginger and potato flakes

Mix everything until you get a well-bonded mixture

Form the burgers

then pass them in the corn flour

Cook in a pan with a drizzle of oil for 4 minutes per side

serve your soy burgers
