Gnocchi with radicchio and gorgonzola are the recipe for a very tasty first course that you absolutely must prepare! The union of gorgonzola with walnuts is more than known and appreciated, but with the addition of radicchio it is even more phenomenal because it breaks the sweetish taste of the cheese. Today is the last day of celebration and it's Sunday, so we can still indulge in a delicious first course, right? And then I'm sure that many of you have not abused sweets and sweets so, at least for today, no guilt, we talk about it on Monday;)
How to make gnocchi with radicchio and gorgonzola
Clean and cut the radicchio into small pieces.
Chop the spring onion and put it in a pan with the oil, then add the radicchio.
Mix the latter and let it dry, it will take about 15 minutes.
Now add the gorgonzola and let it melt.
Now add the milk, salt and pepper and let it thicken.
Separately, cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water and drain once they have risen to the surface.
Then transfer them to the pan with the sauce, turn them over gently and add some Parmesan.
Bring your gnocchi with radicchio and gorgonzola to the table by adding the walnuts.
