The pineapple smoothie it is fresh and tasty, simply prepared with pineapple and coconut water, a natural drink rich in vitamins and minerals, restorative, purifying and energizing, obtained from green coconuts. At my house this summer the coconut water mania broke out, we used to buy fresh coconut, the green one to drink with a straw, but now that it is spreading so much and is sold in comfortable briquettes, there is no day in which I, Elisa and Ivano don't drink a glass. Too bad it costs an eye otherwise we would only have to gain;) Okay if you've never tasted it, with the excuse of preparing this pineapple smoothie, buy a brick of this fruity water, it is undoubtedly very refreshing: P

Method

How to make pineapple smoothie

Clean the pineapple and cut it into slices.
Then cut it into chunks.

Transfer it to the mixer to blend it.

Transfer the pulp to a bowl and add the coconut water.
Stir to blend the two flavors.

Your pineapple smoothie is ready to serve.
