I had never tried baked meatballs, I thought they were dry in cooking and instead ... I had to change my mind, successful experiment :) to make these baked meatballs more delicious, I was inspired by another blogger who served the meat like a skewer and with a small piece of slices inside, it made the meatballs even more delicious, don't you think? How to make meatballs in the oven
In a bowl put the minced meat, the breadcrumbs previously softened in the water, the eggs, the Parmesan, salt, pepper and chopped spring onion.
Knead until you get a homogeneous mixture.
With slightly damp hands, take a little dough at a time that you are going to wrap on a skewer in which you will have skewered a small piece of Sottilertta
Close the meat well by sealing everything, place the meatballs on a baking sheet and cover the skewers with a little silver paper so that they do not blacken the sticks
Bake the meatballs in the oven at 175 degrees for 20 minutes
