L'Aspic Fruit is a scenic and elegant dessert with which you can amaze your guests! It is basically one fruit jelly, to be hardened in the refrigerator at each stage of preparation. Aspic can also be salty, but I have chosen to make sweet aspic, definitely tastier and also beautiful to look at! If you want you can follow the recipe of mine aspic with berries turning them into simple ones strawberry aspic, or, if you prefer, completely change the ingredients. I found them perfect like this, but as they say .. after there is taste there is no perdenza: P
How to make fruit aspic
Soften the isinglass in a little water.
Once squeezed, dissolve it in 50 ml of hot prosecco.
In a larger bowl pour the remaining prosecco, sugar and lemon juice.
Then put the melted isinglass and mix.
Now take the fruit and wash it.
Prepare the cups by putting a little isinglass on the bottom and transferring to the fridge for 10 minutes.
Add some mint leaves and transfer back to the fridge for another 10 minutes.
Then put some strawberry slices, cover with isinglass and put in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Now add the blueberries.
Once covered with more isinglass, refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Now it's time for the currants, cover them too and put them in the fridge for 10 minutes.
Finish with strawberries and blueberries, add the isinglass and leave in the refrigerator for 3 hours. Then pass them in a bowl with hot water, then turn them upside down and remove them from the cups.
Your fruit aspics are ready to be brought to the table.
