Avocado Toast Recipe of 23-05-2017 [Updated on 27-08-2018]
L'avocado toast is one of the most photographed preparations in the world, did you know? It was pretty much the trend of the past year and I here in New York (yes, I'm in New York) I'm eating it. I have seen it served in many variations but the toast with avocado most loved is the one with the addition of salmon and eggs.
Preparing it is very simple and, since I love it, I bring it to the table very often for brunch, an aperitif or even for a slightly special snack. Today I decided (a little late compared to the other bloggers, instagrammers etc;)) to give you my recipe, hoping you will appreciate it too;) Basins!
How to make avocado toast
Start cleaning the avocado.
If you don't know how to do it, read the guide.
Once you have recovered its pulp, put it in a bowl with lime juice, salt, pepper and mash it.
Toast the slices of bread in a pan for a few minutes with the butter.
Then cut the bread into two parts and stuff it with the avocado.
Now add the smoked salmon and poached eggs.
Finally sprinkle with more pepper.
Your avocado toast is ready to be brought to the table.
