The lettuce rolls are a starter easy and quick to prepare, original, tasty ... and also light (especially if you prepare them with a light cheese)! How to make lettuce rolls
Wash and dry the lettuce leaves.
Wash the avocado and cut it in half, paying attention to the large central stone.
Keep the half in which the fridge core is left (you can use it for other recipes) and cut the other half into very thin slices, then peel them.
Start composing your rolls.
Take a lettuce leaf and sprinkle it delicately with cheese.
Arrange some salmon on top of the cheese, and then a few slices of avocado.
Season with salt and pepper, then gently roll the lettuce leaf around the filling.
Secure the roll with a couple of toothpicks and proceed with the other rolls.
At the end, cut each roll into 2 halves and serve.
