The Ricotta custard is a soft dessert that can be eaten with pleasure cut after cut. To prepare it you don't need butter (maybe use parchment paper to avoid putting it in the mold), flour and yeast, and once cooked and cooled you can serve it with a very light dusting of icing sugar and maybe berries.
