Gnocchi recipe with pears and walnuts of 16-03-2017 [Updated on 27-03-2017]
Gnocchi with pears and walnuts are a tasty first course, which is prepared in a short time and which brings a pinch of novelty to the table. Oh yes why, I don't know for you, but for me it was the first time I made one cheese fondue with the addition of a pear puree to season the gnocchi. The chopped walnuts then gave the dish the crunchy note and completed a classic pairing, pears and walnuts, which never disappoints;)
Ivano and my brother-in-law Carmine, who found themselves passing here in the office when I was struggling with this recipe, were initially wary, they started with a little test taste, then moved on to a complete dish with which they had lunch. I understood that mine Gnocchi with pears and walnuts have been promoted;) So I leave you to the recipe and I wish you a sweet day: *
How to make gnocchi with pears and walnuts
Clean the pears, cut them into slices and pass them in a mixer.
Put the cream in a saucepan on the stove and, once hot, add the chunks of fontina and grated Parmesan.
Stir constantly and season with salt and pepper. Once the cheese has completely melted, add the pear puree.
Then, coarsely chop the walnuts and add those to the cream as well.
Cook the gnocchi in boiling salted water, drain and add them to the sauce.
Mix by turning gently.
Your pear and walnut gnocchi are ready to be enjoyed.
