Gnocchi with gorgonzola and crispy bacon are one of those recipes that gorgonzola lovers cannot miss! It is certainly not a light recipe, nor a summer one, but as soon as the air cools, it is a dish that is absolutely worth trying;)
This is the last of the recipes I prepared for my collaboration with the Coca-Cola brand, I must say that unlike the one with the letter H or the letter E, it was much easier to make a dish with all ingredients with the G.

How to make gnocchi with gorgonzola and crispy bacon
First, cook the gnocchi in a large pot with salted water.
Melt a knob of butter in a pan, then add the gorgonzola into small pieces and mix well over low heat, adding a ladle of cooking water to create a smooth cream.
In another, larger pan, brown the diced bacon, again over low heat, so as to completely melt the fat and make it crisp.
Once cooked, drain the gnocchi and add them to the pan with the bacon. Also add the gorgonzola cream, season with salt if needed and mix gently.
Serve, add some flaked cheese and serve.
