Vegan Mayonnaise Recipe of of 23-07-2015 [Updated on 04-10-2017]
Vegan mayonnaise is one of those recipes I was skeptical about until the last ... but when I finally decided to make it, it was so appreciated that I had to do it again the next day! It is a fake mayonnaise, because it is egg-free, very quick to prepare, with a delicate taste and above all it cannot go crazy like the classic mayonnaise, which for me is a more than positive fact, given my past;) In addition to the recipe as well as I tried it, the only suggestion I give you is to add a teaspoon of turmeric to the mixture to get a color more similar to the original one, for the rest, it is really perfect like this. I'll leave you with the recipe and go for the second round;)
How to make vegan mayonnaise
Put the soy milk, lemon juice, mustard and salt in the mixing bowl.
Blend adding the oil gradually making small vertical movements.
After 30-40 seconds, your egg-free mayonnaise will be ready.
Put the vegan mayonnaise in a bowl and refrigerate for at least half an hour before serving.
