Baked Meatloaf Recipe of of 11-07-2007 [Updated on 02-02-2016]
The meatloaf in the oven is a complete and tasty dish, during the winter I often prepare this recipe for meatloaf with ham and provolone because it is simple to make and can also be prepared in advance. The recipe is from my mother-in-law and involves the use of two different types of meat to make the meatloaf softer and tastier, I love it, and if you taste it, you will love it too, sure !!!

How to make meatloaf in the oven
Soften the slices of bread in the milk.
Put the 2 types of minced meat in a bowl, the grated Parmesan cheese, the eggs, the salt, the pepper, the parsley and the slices of bread squeezed out of the milk
Stir until you get a well blended mixture.
Spread the mixture on a surface lined with parchment paper and roll out the meat to form a rectangle.
Fill with ham, cheese and pieces of hard-boiled eggs.
Roll up with parchment paper.
Weld the edges well, then transfer the meatloaf with all the paper into a baking dish, then cover with a few curls of butter and close it in parchment paper.
Bake at 180 ° C for about 30 minutes, then uncover from the parchment paper and continue cooking for another 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly and serve the stuffed meatloaf in the oven.
