There Rossana cake is the dessert dedicated to all lovers of the homonymous candy, the Rossana. After making the liqueur, I thought I'd try my hand at preparing this cake hoping that the result was just as good. The Rossana cake is one of those desserts that must be made and redone several times, to be shared with the people we care about and to whom we want to give a pleasant cuddle.

How to make the rossana cake
Put the eggs and sugar in a bowl and whisk until the mixture is light and fluffy.
Then add the milk slowly.
Then melt the butter and add it too.
Now incorporate the flour and yeast.
Pour the mixture into the greased and floured mold and cook at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.
Once out of the oven, let it cool.
Meanwhile, dedicate yourself to the cream by putting the candies and milk in a saucepan over the fire.
Stir until the candies are completely dissolved.
Then combine them in a bowl with the egg yolks and starch and cook as if it were a normal custard. Once the mixture has thickened, turn off and let it cool.
Separately whipped the cream and incorporate it gently.
When everything is cold, remove the cake from the mold and fill it.
Spread the cream and level the surface.
Decorate with sliced almonds and serve your Rossana cake.
