Buondi, after the experiment with the classic meat and vegetable skewers, I indulged myself trying a new version: the sausage and rosemary skewers, even simpler and quicker to make!
They are skewers in mignon format, almost finger food, which I made even tastier by skewering the ingredients on sprigs of rosemary instead of the classic wooden sticks :)

Method

How to make sausage and rosemary skewers

Cut the sausage into small pieces, wrap each tube with half a slice of bacon, wash the tomatoes and cut them in half.
Then stick everything with the sprigs of rosemary.

Heat a griddle or grill pan, and cook on the skewers, 5-10 minutes per side.

Seeing how fast? The sausage and rosemary skewers are ready to serve!
