Treat! Well girls, if you want to prepare a cake a little different than usual, make this green cake, it is very good and very scenic and also easy to make. Basins a good start at all.
How to make the green cake
For the filling:
Boil the spinach Once cooked, squeeze the spinach well and blend with the oil.
Whip the eggs with the sugar until frothy
Add the pureed spinach to the mixture and continue beating
Finally add the flour with the baking powder and vanilla.
You will get a thick and smooth mixture.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for 40 minutes
Remove from the oven and let cool

Now cut the spinach pie into 3 discs of equal thickness.
Cut away from each disc some crumbs that you will put aside in a bowl

Cover with a layer of whipped cream
Overlap another disc of cake, then stuff again strawberries and syrup and whipped cream

Glaze the green cake with the remaining cream
