How to make potato tortilla

Wash and peel the potatoes then cut them into thin slices as much as you can.


In a non-stick pan, heat the olive oil, add the potatoes and brown them over medium heat.

Halfway through cooking the potatoes, add the onion cut into thin slices and continue to cook until the potatoes are golden.


When the potatoes are ready, drain them, remove the excess oil and set aside.

Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in the non-stick pan and fry the potato tortilla for 5-8 minutes or until it is golden brown.

Then with the help of a plate turn the potato tortilla over and cook on the other side.

Lift the potato tortilla and let it cool. Then serve it warm or cold in a serving dish, cut into wedges or cubes, depending on the use you want to make of it.
