The salad with goji berries and chia seeds is a light, fresh and perfect recipe for eating something good and healthy. Thanks to the addition of goji berries and chia seeds, which are part of those super foods rich in antioxidants and precious nutrients, this simple salad definitely acquires an extra touch, in flavor, color, texture ... and also for the health! I confess that this was one of the salads I have prepared more often in the last period and, if you like the ingredients that contain it, I recommend you try it;)

Method

How to make goji berries and chia seeds salad

Wash the vegetables well and finely slice the salad, fennel, carrots and ginger.

Put everything in a bowl and season with salt, oil and vinegar.
Add the goji berries and chia seeds.

Let the salad rest in the fridge for half an hour before serving: the berries and seeds will absorb the moisture of the vegetables becoming soft.
