Method

How to make pea cream tagliatelle

Boil the peas in salted water for about ten minutes


Blend half of the peas together with the taleggio cheese, milk, Parmesan, salt and pepper

Sauté the remaining peas in a pan with a knob of butter

Cook the tagliatelle in abundant salted water, drain them al dente and add them to the pan with the peas
