Caprese pops recipe by of 14-08-2015 [Updated on 21-07-2017]
When I saw the photo of these online caprese pops, I could not resist: too cute, summery and tasty not to make them: P The ingredients are those of a classic caprese salad, but combining them in this way you can also serve them as finger food or for a fresh aperitif. It seemed to me a nice idea as a last recipe before August, maybe it can come in handy if you are planning a lunch for tomorrow and are still looking for ideas for your mid-August menu. Obviously we will reread tomorrow for the ritual wishes, in the meantime I greet you and leave you to these salty pops, kisses; *
How to make caprese pops
Wash and dry the cherry tomatoes, then cut off the caps.

Slightly empty the tomatoes and put a little basil in the hollow created.
Close the tomato with a morsel of mozzarella.
finally pierce everything with a skewer and decorate with another basil. Keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
