The peach crumble is a very easy to prepare spoon dessert and is perfect to be enjoyed in the afternoon as a snack or as a dessert after lunch. Some time ago I tried to make the apple crumble and I liked it a lot, this time to vary, I used the nectarines flavoring them with the witch liqueur and I prepared the crumble by adding chopped hazelnuts, it was very successful, try to believe :) Ok, let's roll up our sleeves and start another hard week, kisses everyone and we'll read later

Method

How to make peach crumble

Peel the peaches, remove the stone and cut them into cubes. Put them in a bowl with 2 tablespoons of sugar, 2 tablespoons of liqueur, mix and leave to flavor for about ten minutes
Prepare the crumble by putting the flour, sugar, chopped hazelnuts and butter cut into small pieces in a bowl

Work the mixture with your fingertips until you get a crumbly mixture

Grease some ovenproof dishes and place the peaches on the base

Cover with the crumble

Bake the peach crumble and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes

Once ready, let it cool for at least half an hour before serving it on the table
