Gluten Free Tart Recipe by of 24-07-2019
There gluten-free tart is proof that, as I told you, I'm getting better and better with gluten-free flours ;-) If you want you can use any mix for tarts instead of the mix of rice flour and corn flour that I used gluten free. Even the filling is as desired and can be changed, always remembering to choose all certified gluten-free ingredients, always paying attention to the utensils that are used, so as not to damage celiac friends.
How to make a gluten-free tart
Put the butter and cornmeal in a bowl and start working.
Once you have a cream, add sugar, egg, salt, yeast and vanilla.
Finally, add the rice flour.
Work until you get a homogeneous dough, cover it with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour.
Spread out on a lightly floured work surface with rice flour.
Line the mold, cut the excess and cut the strips with which to decorate the surface.
Prick the bottom with a fork and spread the jam, leaving the raised edges free.
Apply the decorative strips, then bake for about 40 minutes at 180 ° C in a preheated convection oven.
Once the gluten-free tart is ready, take it out of the oven and let it cool before serving.
