How to make kofta
Chop the onion and grate the garlic.
In a large bowl put the meat with all the remaining ingredients.
Mix vigorously until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Now form elongated meatballs and each skewered each.
Heat the grill and cook the meatballs for about 5 minutes, on both sides.
Once cooked, bring your koftas to the table serving them with tahini sauce and yogurt sauce.
