Salted brioche with egg whites

Recipe Salted brioche with egg whites of of 04-04-2015 [Updated on 06-03-2017]

The recipe for this savory brioche made with egg whites only, the recipe came to my rescue last week, I had a lot of egg whites to dispose of and I didn't want to prepare a dessert, so I found this recipe on tavolartegusto and I immediately used to prepare something salty. If on this Holy Saturday you have little time to prepare the casatiello or you want a slightly lighter rustic cottage without lard, or if you have a lot of egg whites left over from other preparations and you want to add something new to your table, this savory egg white brioche is the cottage that's right for you, I really liked my house. Girls last night I managed to knead my rustici for Easter, now I'm at the second leavening and then in the afternoon I bake, I can't wait to taste them;) I leave you to today's recipe and I wish you a good day: *

Method

How to make salted brioche with egg whites

Put the two flours in a bowl, make a hole in the center and put the milk with the brewer's yeast dissolved inside

Begin to knead then add the egg whites

When they have been absorbed by the dough, add the oil and salt

Knead until you get a homogeneous dough.

Then cover the bowl with a cloth and let it rise for 2 hours

Now roll out the dough on a floured pastry board and form a rectangle

Cover the pastry with cold cuts and cheeses

Roll up as if to form a sausage

Then put the egg white brioche in a well oiled donut mold and let it rise for 2 hours

Cover the surface of the rustic with a little oil and cook at 180 degrees for 30 minutes

Let it cool down, then serve your salty brioche
