How to make pineapple puff tartlets
Start preparing the ingredients by draining the syruped pineapple slices well.
With a 6 cm pastry cutter, cut out 8 circles
Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Prick the surface, then place 1 slice of pineapple for each circle, centering it well.
With the leftover puff pastry, make strips for caging the pineapple, about ten cm long by 1cm wide. Press the strips well to join them with the pastry circle below, then place a cherry in the center of each sweet.
Brush with milk, sprinkle with brown sugar and bake in a preheated convection oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
Once golden brown, take out of the oven, let at least cool and serve the pineapple puff pastry tarts.
