I apologize for not replying to your messages this week, but I don't have a spare moment at work and in the evening I'm too tired to turn on the PC, but as you can see I never leave you without a new recipe. This broccoli and sausage pizza recipe will come in handy this weekend, hoping that it will be a weekend without rain and full of good food and relaxation for everyone. How to make broccoli and sausage pizza


Prepare the pizza dough by placing the flour in a fountain with the slightly warm water and yeast in the center

Start kneading by absorbing the water then add the oil and salt.
Transfer the mixture to a pastry board and knead the dough for about 20 minutes until you obtain an elastic and homogeneous mixture.

Form the dough into a ball and transfer it to a flour-coated cavovaccio, cover and let the pizza dough rise for 3 hours

In the meantime, clean the broccoli by removing the outer leaves and cutting the hardest stems; Wash under running water and divide the broccoli into florets
Put the broccoli in a pot with water and cook for about 5 minutes from the moment of boiling, then drain and set aside.

In a pan, brown a clove of garlic in the oil, then add the broccoli tops and cook them for a few minutes in a pan. Add the crumbled sausage and brown.

Lift the garlic clove, deglaze the broccoli and sausages with a little white wine and season with salt and pepper, then turn off the heat and set aside.

Once it has risen, take the dough for pizza and roll it out on a floured pastry board with a rolling pin with a thickness of about 3mm

Grease the baking tray with oil and place the pizza dough on it. Then distribute the broccoli and sausages

Pour a drizzle of raw oil on the broccoli and sausage pizza and bake in the previously heated oven.
Bake the pizza at 250 ° for 20 minutes.
Add the diced mozzarella then turn off the oven and leave the pizza in the oven for a few more minutes until the mozzarella has melted.

Cut the broccoli and sausage pizza into slices and serve!
