How to make the pastry rose dove
Roll out the puff pastry roll and divide it into 10 rectangles.
Place the slices of salami cut in half on top and then the cheese slices.
Now roll each rectangle on itself, thus forming small roses that you will divide into two parts.
Transfer each rose of puff pastry to the dove mold. Brush the surface of the rustic with beaten egg.
Then bake the savory pie at 200 ° C for 30 minutes.
