Salmon rolls recipe of 26-12-2015 [Updated on 24-05-2016]
Here are my salmon rolls. In these days of celebration, you know, smoked salmon is a must. This very simple recipe is a nice way to serve it or to recycle it, it has been left over since the 24th and 25th. This year I have practically glimpsed it, but I plan to make up for the New Year and maybe using this recipe;) Friends I hope that these days of celebration have been a moment for you to be with your loved ones, this year I lived this holiday in a somewhat strange way, a Christmas that did not seem like Christmas, but luckily Elisa was there to bring a some magic. Until a couple of days ago, she wasn't excited and didn't show much interest in the upcoming party. But last night she surprised me: before going to sleep she hugged Ivano and me tightly and thanked us for the gift that Santa had brought her and said that she has become better and always will be. Then, excited, she told me she is happy because she has so many people who love her and who have asked Santa for a gift for her. My little wonder made the magic of Christmas arrive in my heart in a moment;) Well friends, good continuation and sorry if these days I will not reply to your comments, every now and then we have to pull the plug a bit. How to make salmon rolls
Arrange the slices of salmon on a pastry board (if small, add 2 of them), spread them delicately with the cheese and distribute over them, almonds, pepper and marjoram leaves.
Carefully roll them up to form salmon buds.
Keep in the fridge until ready to serve and serve with fresh rocket.
