The salty plumcake with feta and olives is the recipe with which I greet you before leaving for the holidays, before closing the office for the summer holidays, I opened the fridge and saw what was next to expiration and I used everything in various recipes and this is one of the best results of my summer fridge drain. How to make feta and olive plumcake
In a large bowl, beat the eggs with the milk, oil, salt and pepper.
Add the flour, the julienned cheese and the yeast and mix.
Add the diced feta cheese and the pitted green olives
Mix again until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Pour the mixture into a greased and floured plumcake mold. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 ° for about 40 minutes
Let cool before removing the salty plum cake from the mold
Once cooled, place on a serving dish and serve
