Preparing it is simple and it doesn't take much time, especially if you have the anchovies cleaned directly in the fish shop;) The filling of the anchovy pie can be to the taste of the home chef, I have chosen an alternation of potato slices, pecorino cheese and chopped pistachios, but you can also opt for potatoes and tomatoes or flavored breadcrumbs and scamorza, you do: P

How to make the anchovy pie
Start cleaning the anchovies, if you don't know how to do it, read here.
Oil the cake tin and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Place the anchovy fillets inside in a radial pattern.
Boil the potatoes, then peel them and cut them into slices.
Place a slice in the center of each pie and also add a pinch of salt, pecorino cheese, chopped pistachios and parsley.
Cover with another slice of potatoes, pecorino cheese, grains and close with the same anchovies, folding them inside.
Bake the anchovy pies in a preheated oven at 180 ° C for 10 minutes, take them out of the oven and let them cool.
