I love carrots in milk, they are a side dish with a delicate taste and very simple to make, suitable to accompany meat and fish dishes. The sweet taste of carrots and the particular cooking in milk make this dish very popular with children, my daughter in the first place, and moreover carrots are perfect for the summer, since they help tan, so what are you waiting for to try the recipe? : P For now, I salute you, but if you come back later you will also find a second recipe, always a bit special! How to make milk carrots
Wash and peel the carrots, then cut them into slices of the same thickness
Melt the butter in a saucepan with a scattered bottom, add the flour and mix
Then add the carrots and let them flavor.
Cover with milk and water, add salt and cook.
Let the milk carrots cook gently until they are tender and the liquid becomes creamy.
Serve the milk carrots hot, adding chopped parsley to the plates.
