How to make sweet tacos
Separate the egg yolks from the whites and whip the latter until stiff
In a separate bowl, whip the egg yolks with 3 tablespoons of boiling water and gradually add the sugar, salt, vanilla, grated lemon peel, stirring until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous.
Add the warmed melted butter while continuing to whip.
Now add the whipped egg whites and sprinkle over the sifted flour, cornstarch and yeast.
Mix everything gently with a wooden spoon.Line the baking sheet with parchment paper and with the help of a cup draw circles of 12 cm in diameter well spaced from each other.
