The Gluten-free bread is one of the recipes for celiacs which has always given me a hard time, on a couple of occasions, in fact, I obtained the result of a mixture similar to cement: / Unfortunately for those intolerant to gluten, not all bakeries are used to making gluten-free bread and very often move a lot to find who produces it. Not to mention their cost!
Making bread at home it is therefore the only solution, so I decided to try again and this time, thanks to the recipe of my pizza chef friend Davide Civitiello and Fiore Glut Caputo flour, I managed to obtain a soft, fragrant and very tasty gluten-free sandwich bread. I swear, I would never have said it, yet at my house they ate it with great taste!

How to make gluten-free bread
Put the flour in the bowl of the mixer with the chopped yeast in the center.
Then add the water at room temperature and work with the leaf hook for about 4 minutes.
Clean the leaf and the sides of the bowl, add the oil and salt and continue to knead for 1 minute.
Now roll out the dough in the loaf pan lined with parchment paper, level the surface and let it rise for 4 hours or until doubled.
Brush the surface with a little oil and bake the bread in the oven at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
Your gluten-free bread is ready to be brought to the table.
