Stuffed zucchini recipe of 17-06-2011 [Updated on 24-09-2018]
Stuffed courgettes are a summer and colorful second dish, they are usually stuffed with meat, rice, or tuna, mine instead are prepared with cooked ham, mozzarella and parmesan ... delicious! Stuffed courgettes can be served both as an appetizer and as a main course and usually, thanks to their not very "greenish" filling, they are appreciated by the whole family, even by children. To intersperse a little all the recipes of the desserts I have prepared lately, with this recipe I hope I have given you an idea for dinner, in the meantime I am leaving for the sea ... good weekend everyone and we will read on Monday :)
How to make stuffed zucchini
Wash and trim the courgettes, then cut them in half lengthwise and empty them with a digger.
In a bowl, arrange half of the pulp obtained, the cooked ham and half of the mozzarella, all cut into cubes.
Add the egg, Parmesan, salt and pepper and mix everything.
Now fill the courgettes with the filling obtained and then arrange them in a greased pan. Add a cup of water to the bottom and bake the stuffed zucchini at 200 ° and cook for 30 minutes.
Take back the stuffed courgettes, spread the mozzarella slices kept aside over the entire surface and cook with grill option for another 5 minutes.
Let the stuffed courgettes cool before lifting them from the pan and serving them to the table
