How to make chocolate mousse in 5 minutes
Put the water, sugar and chopped chocolate in a saucepan. Melt everything over low heat.
Pour the mixture into a very cold bowl.
Arrange this bowl in a larger one, containing cold water and ice cubes, for a sort of frozen water bath.
Whip the chocolate mousse with an electric whisk for at least 5 minutes, or until it is cold and whipped.
Pour the water mousse into small glasses or bowls and keep in the fridge until ready to serve.
