How to make pistachio biscuits
Combine flour, sugar and chopped pistachios in a bowl.
Put the butter in pieces in the center, the yolk and the almond aroma and start to mix.
Knead until you get a homogeneous dough. Let it rest in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Then put sugar and powdered sugar, separated, on a plate.
Divide the mixture into balls and roll them first in the granulated sugar and then in the icing sugar.
Gradually place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Then bake the pistachio biscuits for about 15 minutes at 180 ° C.
