Blueberry Biscuits Recipe from of 12-10-2019
THE blueberry cookies are the recipe that I prepared with the strange purple dough that I showed you on Instagram;) It is a very simple butter shortcrust pastry, enriched by a puree of smoothed blueberries that is added directly to the dough, giving a particular flavor and, together with a hint of coloring, also a purple color to your shortcrust pastry. They are gods egg-free biscuits so to keep in mind if you are intolerant to this food or if you want to make some biscuits and your fridge is a little empty. In any case, they are worth trying them, making sure, I recommend, to use some beautiful sweet blueberries: P
How to make blueberry cookies
First, blend the blueberries.
Combine flour, sugar and butter in a bowl and work quickly.
Then also incorporate blueberries and lemon, and finally a little bit of purple dye.
Wrap the dough with cling film and let it rest in the fridge for at least 1 hour, then take it back, roll it out into a sheet about 3 mm thick and start creating your cookies with a mold of your choice.
As they are ready, place your biscuits on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, then bake for about 15 minutes in a preheated static oven at 175 ° C.
The blueberry biscuits are ready, you just have to let them cool and serve them.
